At Creative Ad Click, we strive to provide exceptional digital marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

2. Monthly Management Fees

2.1 General Policy

Monthly management fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered during the billing period. This is because:

  • Services are actively performed throughout the month
  • Time and resources are allocated to your campaigns
  • Team members are assigned to manage your accounts
  • Reports and optimization work is ongoing

2.2 Cancellation Notice

If you wish to cancel services, you must provide 30 days written notice. You will continue to receive services through the end of the notice period, and fees for that period are non-refundable.

3. Setup Fees

One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes:

  • Account audits and analysis
  • Strategy development
  • Campaign structure creation
  • Tracking and analytics setup
  • Initial campaign launches

Setup work begins immediately upon agreement, and significant time and expertise are invested in the initial setup phase.

4. Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets spent on platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are not refundable. These costs are:

  • Paid directly to third-party advertising platforms
  • Outside of our control once campaigns are live
  • Subject to each platform's individual refund policies

For advertising platform refunds, you must contact the respective platform directly (Google, Meta, etc.).

5. Refund-Eligible Situations

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

5.1 Service Not Rendered

If we fail to perform agreed-upon services and do not remedy the situation within a reasonable timeframe after notification.

5.2 Duplicate Billing

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service period.

5.3 Service Issues Within First 7 Days

If you experience significant service delivery issues within the first 7 days of starting services and we cannot resolve them, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or business direction
  • Budget constraints or financial difficulties
  • Unsatisfactory campaign performance (as results cannot be guaranteed)
  • Third-party platform changes or policy updates
  • Account suspensions due to client's policy violations
  • Failure to provide required information or access
  • Lack of communication or engagement from client
  • Market conditions or competitive factors

7. Requesting a Refund

7.1 How to Request

To request a refund:

  1. Send a written request to info@creativeadclick.com
  2. Include your account details and invoice numbers
  3. Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any supporting documentation

7.2 Review Process

We will review your request within 5-7 business days and respond with our decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

7.3 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Loss of access to accounts and data
  • Potential legal action to recover legitimate fees

9. Service Credits

In some situations where a refund is not appropriate, we may offer service credits as an alternative. Service credits can be applied to:

  • Future monthly management fees
  • Additional services or campaigns
  • Extended service periods

Service credits must be used within 12 months and are non-transferable.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we cannot guarantee specific results, we guarantee that we will:

  • Deliver services with professional skill and care
  • Respond to your inquiries promptly
  • Provide regular reporting and updates
  • Work diligently to optimize your campaigns
  • Address any service concerns professionally

11. Partial Refunds

In exceptional cases, we may offer partial refunds on a prorated basis for services not yet delivered. This is evaluated case-by-case and is at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
